Another week, a few more videos.
Seem to be having a dry spell lately with videos.
I’m sure this will change when my class ends so sorry for people waiting.
If you guys want to know, my class ends on the 3rd week of June so I will resume the way things are by then.
Or maybe just keep the once a week update. Seems to be great this way.

Blaz Blue and KOFXII will come out around that time as well anyway so more new games to make tutorials for. YAY!!

Evo is around the corner and I have to find the time to practice.
Got to represent properly in that tournament.

Another week, another video. This video below deals with Cross Ups. It is a powerful tool when mastered properly. Some character base their whole game with Cross Ups. i.e. Ryu and Rufus mostly. I could be wrong but that’s the most characters I see that do a lot of Cross Ups to win.

How Are You Practicing For Evo?

Since I have warned you about EVOLUTION, now the question that comes up for me is, how are you Practicing for EVO?

Top Characters that will be used:
Sagat
Balrog
Ryu
Rufus

These are the characters you have to watch out for. Of course the others will be used as well but those have been the top placers that i’ve been noticing.

How Am I Practicing For Evo?

I usually don’t have a human Opponent most of the time so I end up harassing the Record Function like a mofo.

My main is Vega. I record each characters moves and then figure out what Vega can do to punish them on block. Of course this is not the same as playing a human opponent but it still gives me the best idea of how to fight them when I do.

I know I have a lot of holes in my game as well. I mean, i freeze when I play against a Rufus really? so I mainly concentrate on playing him. Vega with out a proper Anti Air loses to Rufus easily.

That’s how I practice.
